A TYPICAL EXAMPLE

An intervention shaped around your equipment and the way you use it

I start by asking you to show me what is actually getting in the way and when the problem appears. This means we begin with the way you use your equipment every day rather than applying a generic fix.

I then check the relevant elements one by one, focusing on the settings or corrections that are genuinely needed without changing things that already work properly. If several devices or peripherals are involved, I also check how they work together so that solving one issue does not create another.

When several small problems have built up, we can deal with them during the same visit by agreeing on the priorities together. The aim is to leave the whole setup coherent and understandable rather than multiplying separate interventions.

Before I leave, I go through the important steps with you again, check that the equipment works in normal use and explain clearly what was changed so you still have useful reference points afterwards.

My goal: make everyday computing simpler

Solve the problem while leaving you with equipment that feels clearer, better understood and easier to use after the visit.
